Will you restock a sold out item?
We will try to! However, unless we've opened backorder slots, we are unable to provide you with a confirmed restock date for any of the watch models. If you would like us to notify you when the items are back on the shelves, do join the waiting list by submitting your email address via the notify-me form found on the product page.

Any warranty for the timepieces?
Yep. Late Rabbit warrants your watch against defects in the watch movement or workmanship from the date of purchase. The warranty coverage is based on the individual brand and covers only the watch movement, hands and dials. Find out more about our warranty policy here.

What payment modes do you accept?
We accept:

1. PAYPAL, which supports major credit/debit cards via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal account transfers. You will be able make payment with or without a PayPal account.

2. BANK TRANSFER to our POSB/DBS account (for local orders only), which are done using Internet/Mobile Banking, an ATM Machine or via a Cash Deposit Machine. Orders will be cancelled and returned to the inventory if payment is not received within 24 hours after placing of order. To verify your order, we require you to email us your iBank nick or provide a snapshot of the receipt.

Can you reserve an item for me?
Just for 24 hours! If payment hasn't been made within 24 hours after an order is submitted, the product will be back on the shelves again.

How long will Late Rabbit take to process an order?
Orders will be packed and mailed out within 24 - 48 hours after payment is received. 

What's the difference between the provided delivery options?
Takes 3 - 7 working days to reach your letterbox, after we mail out your parcel. As there is no tracking number issued in Normal Mail parcels, there is a minimal chance of the parcel getting lost due to several factors (e.g. postman placing the parcel into the wrong letterbox, theft, etc). Please note that we are not liable for lost parcels.

Will be delivered to your letterbox before noon by the next working day, after we mail out your parcel. A.M Mail gets timely delivered 90% of the time but although it comes with an article number, the parcel is not trackable via the SingPost website. Do contact us immediately should you not receive your A.M Mail parcel by the end of the day and we will run an investigation with SingPost, it would usually take us 3 - 4 working days to get a status update for you. Please note that we are not liable for lost parcels.

Our recommended delivery mode. The SmartPac Mail be delivered to your doorstep by the next working day, after we mail out your parcel. In the event when nobody is available to receive the package at the doorstep, the postman will sign off the delivery note and place the parcel in your letterbox. SmartPac parcels gets timely delivered 90% of the time and comes with a tracking number so that you may check the status of your parcel during the delivery. Trace your parcels at www.singpost.com (click the 'Track Item' icon).

For deliveries outside of Singapore. SingPost will work with your country's delivery service provider (e.g. USPS for deliveries to the US, etc). The parcel should be delivered to you within the next 10 - 21 working days, after we mail out your parcel. International postage comes with a tracking number so that you may check the status of your parcel during the delivery. Trace your parcels at www.singpost.com (click the 'Track Item' icon).

Do note that our delivery service provider, SingPost, only operates on business days as they take their breaks on the weekends and public holidays. Find out more about our delivery services here.

I haven't received my parcel, where is it?!
It's coming! Check your email for our shipment notification and if you haven't received it yet, then your parcel is still with us and we promise it will go out soon!

Is self-collection available?
Only when we have a pop-up store at a flea market! Otherwise, we don't provide meet-ups, sorry for the inconvenience!

How will my item be packed?

All timepieces will be bubble-wrapped securely and placed into an envelope. However, if you have ordered a gift box, the watch will be placed into the box. 

Can I add an item or change my order? 
If we haven't mailed your parcel out, then sure! Just drop us an email at hello@laterabbit.com with your Order Number and we'll assist you from there.

What is your refund and exchange policy?
In the case of any defects or wrong items being sent to you, we would be glad to do a repair or a one-to-one exchange. Should a repair or exchange be unavailable, a full refund will be made. We must be notified of any refunds & exchanges within 7 days from order completion. Find out more about our return and exchange policy here.
