Late Rabbit is committed to provide you with quality products. However, in the case of any defects or wrong items being sent to you, we would be glad to do a repair or a one-to-one exchange. Should a repair or exchange be unavailable, a full refund will be made. Late Rabbit must be notified of any returns & exchanges within 7 days from order completion.
Do drop an email to us at email@example.com and we'll advice you on the procedure for your exchange or refund. All returned items must be unworn with the full packaging and tags still intact and in mint condition. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item does not reach us within the stipulated timeframe (within 7 days upon your receipt of item).
Please note that all sale items and reasons of misfit, unsuitable, change of mind or mistake order is not accepted for any refunds, returns and exchanges.
