Warranty

All watches come with a 1 year warranty with free battery replacement, except for the following brands: Void Watches - 2 years warranty, Vintage - 7 days warranty, Hand-Assembled - 7 days warranty. The warranty covers the watch movement, hands and dials. Should a covered component be defective during the warranty under normal use, Late Rabbit will, to the best of our ability, repair the watch, and if a repair is not applicable, a one-to-one exchange or refund will be done. The warranty does not cover: 1. Battery, case, glass or straps, 2. Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear, 3. Water damage to the watch or watch strap. Warranty automatically voids if the watch has been tampered with or if the customer is unable to produce an Order Number or Proof of Purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

In the case of any defects or wrong items being sent to you, Late Rabbit would be glad to do a repair or a one-to-one exchange. Should a repair or exchange be unavailable, a full refund will be made. Late Rabbit must be notified of any refunds & exchanges within 7 days from order completion. All returned items must be unworn with the full packaging and tags still intact and in mint condition. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Do note that all sale items and reasons of misfit, change of mind, mistake order, unsuitable is not accepted for refunds and exchanges.
